Enhance Your Earnings with GLQ Staking on GraphLinq App
We’re excited to remind you that GLQ staking has been live on the GraphLinq App! GraphLinq, the pioneering no-code protocol for automating both on-chain and off-chain activities, has been revolutionizing blockchain integrations since its initial launch in March 2021.
Whether your tasks are blockchain-related or not, GraphLinq continues to make automation seamless and user-friendly.
What is GraphLinq Chain?
GraphLinq Chain is a Layer 1 blockchain platform uniquely focused on decentralized automation, leveraging the inherent trust and security of the blockchain to enable complex automated processes without the need for intermediaries. This innovative approach opens up new possibilities for automation and decentralization, allowing users to execute sophisticated tasks in a decentralized manner seamlessly.
The GraphLinq Chain ecosystem is comprehensive, encompassing an engine, an integrated development environment (IDE), and an app, all designed to facilitate smooth interactions between blockchains and connected systems without requiring coding expertise. At the heart of this ecosystem is the GraphLinq Hub, the DeFi core of the GLQ Chain, where users can manage assets, engage in decentralized finance activities, and harness the full potential of the platform.
You can dive deeper into the GraphLinq Chain by exploring the GraphLinq Documentation, building your solutions with the GraphLinq IDE, deploying instantly through the GraphLinq App, and analyzing your data with GraphLinq Analytics. This robust ecosystem ensures that whether you’re automating tasks, managing assets, or exploring DeFi, GraphLinq Chain provides the tools and infrastructure needed to innovate and succeed in the decentralized world.
The Role of GLQ
GLQ, the native token of the GraphLinq ecosystem, is available not only on Ethereum (ERC20) but also on the GraphLinq Chain and Polygon. It powers the execution of graphs on the platform’s mainnet, automating tasks and triggering events. Additionally, GLQ serves as the currency within the GraphLinq Marketplace, where templates are bought and sold peer-to-peer. On the GraphLinq Chain, GLQ tokens are required for fees associated with swaps, bridging, adding liquidity, and deploying smart contracts, which also acts as a burning mechanism. As the ecosystem continues to develop, the utility and applications of GLQ will expand further, as detailed in the GraphLinq Documentation.
Why Stake GLQ?
With the introduction of GLQ staking, token holders have the opportunity to earn passive rewards through a unique tier system, which encourages long-term holding. Initially, to celebrate our mainnet launch, we offered higher APY rates, but to ensure the long-term stability and sustainability of our ecosystem, these rates have been adjusted as of May 25th, 12 PM UTC.
Updated Tier System Breakdown:
- Tier 1: The first 15% of total stakers earn a 17.5% APY.
- Tier 2: The next 40% receive a 7.5% APY.
- Tier 3: The remaining stakers earn a 4.5% APY.
This APY structure is designed to reward early and committed stakers. Initially, all stakers begin in Tier 3 and can move up to higher tiers by holding their staked GLQ longer as more participants join. However, withdrawing your rewards will reset your tier to Tier 3 permanently, which incentivizes long-term holding. It’s important to note that your tier remains unchanged regardless of how much additional GLQ you stake.
